Founded in 1977, Anderson's Door was established to provide quality garage door services to the Seattle area. The company’s roots go back to Orville Anderson, who began his career building and installing one-piece doors for Sturdee Door in South Seattle. After gaining further experience as a salesman for Stanley Door in Kent, Washington, Orville saw an opportunity when Stanley shifted to manufacturing doors, leaving a gap in the installation market. In February 1977, Orville and his wife Marion launched Anderson's Door Company, focused on delivering expert craftsmanship and reliable service to the community.
